Ethics or conduct concerns
Mentoring boundaries, confidentiality, fairness, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, or participant treatment.
Report a Concern
GMI maintains a reporting pathway for good-faith concerns related to conduct, confidentiality, participant safety, partner representation, credential or REP claims, assessment data, privacy, accessibility, or public materials.
When to Use This Channel
This page now routes visitors to the concern-report popup form. The concern pathway is for good-faith concerns, not general sales or program inquiries.
Mentoring boundaries, confidentiality, fairness, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, or participant treatment.
Misrepresentation of GMI, MBOK®, certification, REP status, partner approval, or authorized use of GMI materials.
Concerns involving assessment data, public materials, website access, operating workflows, privacy, or accessibility barriers.
Important
If there is immediate danger, medical emergency, threat of harm, or crisis situation, contact local emergency services or the appropriate crisis resource first. GMI can review program, ethics, partner, credential, privacy, accessibility, or standards concerns through its reporting process.
Review Process
GMI uses a structured review path so concerns are routed, documented, and handled with appropriate confidentiality and care.
GMI reviews the concern category, affected parties, urgency, available documentation, and whether additional information is needed.
Concerns may be routed to ethics, privacy, accessibility, credential, REP, program, or leadership review depending on the issue.
Where appropriate, GMI documents actions, communicates next steps, and uses concern patterns to improve policies, guidance, and safeguards.
